30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
